Pristine Seychelles

Pristine Seychelles campaign was launched in September 2018 by Seychelles Sustainable Tourism Foundation (SSTF) in cooperation with the Seychelles Tourism Board (STB), the Ministry of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Ports and Marine, the Seychelles Hospitality Tourism Association (SHTA), as well as the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA). Alma is proud and honored to be an ambassador and assists to raise awareness amongst visitors both locally and internationally to encourage positive eco-friendly, responsible and meaningful tourism experiences in Seychelles. Tourism is important because it creates jobs, strengthens the local economy, contributes to local infrastructure development and can help to conserve the natural environment, cultural assets and traditions.

As Ambassador for Pristine Seychelles, my goal is to assist in educating local and International travelers about the importance of protecting paradise. It brings me so much joy to know that YOU can make a difference by supporting local artisans, guides and small business owners. We all have a choice and obligation to do the little things that will make a huge and positive difference. With your support and funding, educational trips can be provided to kids and teens interested in learning more about artists, community and the environment and make a difference.

Your kind donations will be used to continue to visit local artisans, small business owners and produce educational material for tourists entering Seychelles to bring awareness to locals and international travelers. If you are a local artist or business owner interested in participating in educational programs, please contact White Feather Fund for consideration. We strive to include various and diverse individuals, organizations and businesses interested in participating in educational programs.

Pristine Seychelles supporting White Sands Tour Seychelles. On this day, Ambassadors for Pristine Seychelles and team members had the wonderful opportunity to take a kayaking tour through Grand Police, one of the last remaining and naturally intact eco-system left on Mahe. They learned how the public and a group of local citizens campaigned and petitioned against the construction of a hotel that was to be built over this beautiful wetland. In June 2021, wetlands were mare a critical part of our natural environment and protect shores from wave action, reduce the impacts of floods, absorb pollutants and improve water quality. They also provide habitat for animals, plants and contain a wide diversity of life. Thankfully parcel T575 was returned to the government and declared a protected area.
